Security:
When you place orders, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. If you feel more comfortable doing so, you are welcome to call in your credit card information and complete your purchase by phone. Shipping/Handling Charges:
Shipping and handling charges are shown on the order form, and are based on the total dollar amount of your order (before shipping and any tax). Shipping is usually by courier, unless otherwise indicated. Shipping, unless expedited, is 4-6 business days.
Handling on all orders is $10 plus a shipping charge, based on the amount of your order,as follows:

For orders over $1000, please call for applicable charges.Overnight courier orders must be received by 12:00 noon EST (Monday-Friday only) fornext day delivery. Extra charges will apply.
Exchanges and Returns:
Norquest Learning Solutions accepts the return of purchased items if:
- Merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase
- The packaging is unopened and undamaged
The customer will receive a credit on account or an exchange.
Norquest Learning Solutions does not accept:
- Merchandise that is past 30 days of purchase
- Merchandise that is opened or damaged
